Sales of Our Programs and Services

All our educational and informational programs and services aim to help you develop your singing skills, grow in your faith, and achieve certain personal or professional goals. However, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome or that you will achieve any particular goal. Our programs and services are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for how you apply the information and services we provide and any outcomes that result. Testimonials from other students in our programs are shared as examples and do not guarantee your own success.

Refunds

We do not offer any refunds on any of our products or services. By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate any chargeback requests for payments made to us.

Name and Likeness Permission & Release

If you attend a Singers Coach event, whether live or online, you agree to allow us to audio and video record and photograph you. You grant us permission to use your name, likeness, audio, video, and photographs from the event for any purpose, in any manner, and in any medium now known or hereafter developed. You irrevocably grant these rights without further payment or the ability to review the final product.

Payment Plans

If you purchase a product or service using a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all agreed-upon payments. If any payments are not timely received, the entire purchase may be void, and no payments will be refunded. If you choose to use a third-party lender, even if suggested by us, you agree to conduct your own due diligence and acknowledge that we do not provide financial advice or have specific knowledge of any lender.

When You Buy from an Affiliate
